Bio

I am a young, energetic, cellist, with six years of teaching experience. I completed the Bachelor of Music Performance degree at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music in 2024, under Julian Smiles. At the Conservatorium, I studied pedagogy under Dr Goetz Richter, as well as other various Music Education subjects.

I’m an experienced, dedicated and passionate cello teacher, and lead my students through AMEB grade exams, having receiving my AmusA in 2019 and LmusA in 2023. I teach students of all levels and ages, and am devoted to ensuring they reach their full potential with cello and music. I currently teach at Independent and Catholic schools across Sydney.

I have performed in masterclasses with English cellist, Matthew Barley and Axel Von Huene from the Gewandhaus Orchestra. I love chamber playing and regularly perform at weddings and in orchestras.

I teach from my home studio in Newtown. I’m ideally located for students in Newtown, Annandale and Stanmore, and I also welcome students travelling from further afield.
